Problem with Ableton which doesn't recognize Arsenal

Hello, I have the Trigger Finger Pro since a few days and I have a problem with the settings of Ableton Live 9. In the list of the plug-ins, Arsenal doesn't appear. Even when I select the folder VST and rescan it, Arsenal still doesn't appear in the plug-in.
However, Hybrid which is in the same folder than Arsenal appears in th plug-ins so I don't understand the problem with Arsenal.

Thank you and sorry for my English

    If a Windows PC is the host, I trust you followed the Getting Started guide's recommendation about where to download, unpack, then install the latest TRIGGER FINGER PRO MIDI driver version 1.0.8 for your *exact* version of windows
    ~~~
    1) Also, realize that your MIDI settings in Ableton should be made in such a way that MIDI
    Port 1 =assigned for Trigger Finger Pro MIDI driver
    Port 2 is assigned for Trigger Finger Pro Mackie
    Port 3 is *automatically* Trigger Finger Pro Arsenal
    2) And if you have not, try the MANUAL APPROACH, rather than AUTO scanning for drivers, within the Configure Settings panel (for Newbies: that's accesible by clicking the Gear Icon in Arsenal toolbar):
    Just clicking on one of the BROWSE buttons, screen bottom, then clicking or typing your way through a known hierarchy of files, manually pointing Arsenal to your desired Arsenal or whatever PLUG-INS folder --making sure you're targeting the correct (64-bit?) (32-bit?) drivers, will often get Arsenal connected to any Plugins folder Auto scanning did not find, but it's most especially important to observe and respect the "bit-addressing" of components if on Windows PC:
    I.e., Is your computer's OS (and preferred DAW music production software if applicable), the 64-bit version? (or is it the older 32-Bit version you're using)? YOU MUST NAVIGATE TO THE corresponding set of 64-bit (or 32-bit) plug-ins!
    OTHER ISSUES FOR NEWBIES TO WATCH FOR
    3) I personally had the strange discovery of finding out that my AirDrums 64-bit plugins which I needed to give Arsenal access to, were (wrongly) located within Windows' 32-Bit AirDrums (x86) file hierarchy, so Arsenal wouldn't load the 64-bit AirDrums plugin. (I copied them to a different folder, but this time, in the AirDrums 64-bit directory file structure.
    Prior to that fix, the trouble I was having was that audio Looos and Sample waveforms would not show up in AirDrums, and there'd be no sound generated from AirDrums, into Arsenal, and out tgru my soundcard yo my monitor Loudspeakers -- although my 64-bit AirDrums Plugins appeared to be connected successfully in Arsenal's Configure Settings panel!
    4) Somehow, my Trigger Finger Pro software suite's software installation method forces me to have to get ADMINISTRATOR level permissions, with its password, when launching Arsenal, etc., in order for AirDrums to load sound files. (I still don't know why).
    After making major changes scovered this problem recently:
    The File BROWSE Path Gadget window within AirDrums was not pointing to the AirDrums 64-bit Plugins folder at all, on my system for many months, til I recently discovered that within AirDrums, I needed to just manually click my way to the right plug-in directory from its BROWSE button to fix a "No Audio waveforms loading into AirDrums, with no resulting audio being sent into Arsenal" issue.
    Surely, something in the above should be helpful to you and others in a similar situation.
    If not, check back, here, don't give up -- but if successful, do let us know what worked?
  • I have the exact same issue, second hand trigger finger pro, I have hybrid in my vst list, not arsenal.
    I am not sure what "Getting Started guide" is being talked about, I have looked at the arsenal user guide and the trigger finger pro user guide, but none have any specifics . I can see the dll files in the correct folder, unfortunately ableton can not
