Problema con M track porfavor necesito que me ayuden a resolver este pequeño problema

Compre una M Track 2x2 y instala los driver perfectamente en mi caso para windows 10( 64bit.) Pero a la hora de conectar la interface no la reconoce la computadora. La conecto y enciendo perfecto pero nada de lo que este conectado a la interface no funciona como los speakers etc. El puerto USB me dice lo lee pero cuabdo voy a control panel audio y toco en M Audio me dice que no esta conectada. Si los drivers estan intalados no se porque no puedo usarla

    Thanks for posting!

    Sorry you're having some trouble with your M-Track! It sounds like your M-Track might be receiving power but is not transferring data correctly. Please ensure that the USB-C connection at the back of your M-Track is firmly in place. The connection will make a small click when it is seated properly.

    Let's also make sure you have the correct driver installed for your operating system. Use your computer's Apps and Features menu to remove any instance of the M-Track's driver then restart your computer.

    When your computer restarts, download and install the driver at the following link:

    M-Audio M-Track 2X2 Driver (v1.0.10) - Windows

    If the M-Track is not connecting after completing the steps above, let's test the connection between the interface and the computer. Try connecting the M-Track with a different USB cable, with different USB ports on your computer, and with a different computer to see if you can reproduce the same behavior. Be sure to connect directly to the computer via USB and avoid using any USB hubs or adapters.

    If you try the above steps and you're still unable to use the M-Track, this sounds like it may be hardware related. Warranty and non-warranty claims cannot be handled here on the forum but I can point you in the right direction! Here are a couple of options that you could choose from:

    • Submit a Warranty or Service Inquiry with our Technical Support team by logging onto the M-Audio Support Page. Select Warranty or Service Inquiry from the drop down menu. This will not require a support code.


    • For faster support, call or email your nearest Support Office or International Distributor. Select your country to find the nearest office.
