  • Hey Jim,

    Thanks for posting!

Sorry you're having trouble getting started! I see that you've mentioned the M-Track Plus in your post and tagged the M-Track Plus MKII. Since there are a few different iterations of this interface, let's verify which specific interface you're using so we can proceed. It will also help me to know what operating system you are running on your computer as well .

The M-Track Plus and M-Track Plus MKII are class compliant on Mac operating systems meaning they will not require a driver installation, they use drivers that are already on the computer.

If you are using a Windows operating system, you will need to install a driver. The M-Track Plus and M-Track Plus MKII are supported on Windows operating systems from Windows 7 through Windows 10.

Please below for links to each M-Track product page and their respective drivers:

    M-Track Plus

    M-Track Plus Driver - Windows

    M-Track Plus MKII

M-Track Plus MKII Driver - Windows

Install the appropriate driver for your interface from one of the links above and connect your M-Track to your computer. Does your computer register the M-Track's connection?

  • Hey Jim,

Sorry you are still having trouble! If you've installed the drivers and performed some troubleshooting steps for the connection and you're still unable to connect the interface, this sounds like it may be hardware related. Warranty and non-warranty claims cannot be handled here on the forum but I can point you in the right direction! Here are a couple of options that you could choose from:

    • Submit a Warranty or Service Inquiry with our Technical Support team by logging onto the M-Audio Support Page. Select Warranty or Service Inquiry from the drop down menu. This will not require a support code.

    or

    • For faster support, call or email your nearest Support Office or International Distributor. Select your country to find the nearest office.

Make sure to reference or link to this thread to help out the support team.

I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any additional questions.
