Trigger Finger Pro - Sound, but no sound...

Ok. Just got my TFP today. When I bring up Arsenal, it will allow me to play the sounds by clicking the mouse over the pad on the screen, however, when I use the TFP, there is no sound to be had. Help please!

Until someone is able to help, I'd recommend you provide

    1) Details of your computer's specs and
2 ) Which OS type and version (and is it the 64-Bit or 32-Bit variant of that OS?)
    3) Describe what steps you took, following the manual, to attempt to set up Trigger Finger Pro within ARSENAL's CONFIGURE SETTINGS > I/O SETTINGS panel > Audio/MIDI Input Options panel -- please be specific, because it is essential that you
    1) Select the correct Audio Device Driver
    2) Set any other pertinent audio settings then click TEST (You should then hear a confirmation tone thru your soundcard and speaker system)
    3) In the panel below those Audio Settings, confirm that these 4 words:
TRIGGER FINGER PRO MIDI (Select this ONLY in the MIDI I/O options panel)
TRIGGER FINGER PRO MACKIE (not selected)
TRIGGER FINGER PRO ARSENAL (not selected; but note this driver is invisible on PC systems)
*NOTE: If the upper driver listed, instead, is only 3 words:
"Trigger Finger Pro" (without the word "MIDI"), then that's not a complete installation of the driver. So then,
3a) Download the driver from M-Audio.com > Support > Downloads > Drum Machines > Trigger Finger Pro
    It's called
TRIGGER FINGER PRO MIDI DRIVER 1.0.8 but be sure to select the driver that PRECISELY matches your OS version and type (32-bit? 64-bit?)
3b) unpack the newly downloaded file then

    3c ) install it.
You should have noted the advice offered in the Trigger Finger ProQuickStart Guide, that a (latest) driver download might be necessary (if on PC), tho not necessary for Mac OSX.
3d) Open Arsenal's Configure Settings > I/O Settings panel and SELECT that newly-installed driver (only).
