Hi,
No response to my contributions to this post :
http://community.m-audio.com/m-audio/...
which describes exactly the problem I am facing, make me think that M-Audio employees prefer to answer new post. So I do...
Using Arsenal in solo mode, pads are not triggered but controllers do.
My setup :
MacOS 10.10.5
Loaded preset in TFP : Arsenal
I/O Settings menu : Active MIDI inputs : Trigger Finger Pro MIDI
Arsenal : v1.0.84
Thanks in advance,
Best regards,
Fred

Hi,
Thanks for posting!
What are you using for audio output? Can you try anything else like the computer's built in output?
Which preset/plugin/instrument do you have open? Pad bank?
What happens if you load Arsenal as a plugin in Garageband? No response from that either?
Let me know! -

Hi,
Thank you for answering.
Sound is working fine when I click directly on Arsenal virtual pads in the interface.
If I load Arsenal as a plugin into Studio One 3 behavior is the same.
Using TFP in Garage Band (without Arsenal) works fine...
I guess it is a routing problem. What should I check ?
TIA

Hi Fred,
There's something being overlooked here. Again, what are you using for a soundcard? Which MIDI ports are activated? Can you just send a screenshot of your i/o preferences window? This sounds like what would happen if you only activated the Mackie port.
What preset are you using on the TFP? In Arsenal/AIRDrums?
What MIDI channel are you using on the TFP?
Obviously, you should make sure to avoid any USB hubs or 3.0 ports. I'd also recommend disconnecting all of your USB-MIDI devices and reconfigure your MIDI Studio:

Then, just plug in your TFP and make sure it shows up in the MIDI studio. Test again with Arsenal
Let me know how this goes! -

Hi Corey,
Just got to see your answer now ! Thank you for helping.
Since then I have done a clean install with a Windows PC and got the same behavior. So, I believe I might do something wrong tuning the TFP...
My behavior is exactly what is described there http://community.m-audio.com/m-audio/...
I check follow your suggestion and come back to you but I can already assume that :
- No soundcard, just using the Mac for the moment
- No USB hub : direct connexion to the Mac
- Preset used : Arsenal
- I/O preference :

OK. Got the solution. I was misinterpreting the I/O settings windows and the Midi inputs were not checked... (as you can in picture from previous post)
When checked it works much better.
Hope that will help someone...
