I’m frustrated

i bought an M-audio Mobilepre (looks like this:

i got it with a Pro Tools 9.0 disk that i installed and an iLok USB drive that i connected. i set up my mic and Mobilepre unit but when i try to run Pro Tools, i get a notif saying "Unable to locate hardware. Make sure your hardware is connected and turned on. Click "OK" when the hardware is ready." i tried installing the suggested driver but that didn't help. i really need to solve this ASAP.
