Using my own sound with Arsenal

Hello everyone,

I wish I could assign to each pad my sounds I recorded myself in .wav
I can not find software to create or edit banks or tutorial or forum on the subject.
Could you help me please?

Thank you!

    Hi,

    Thanks for posting!

What you'll want to do is open the Default preset for AIR Drums. This is just a blank pad bank, so you can add your own sounds and build your own instrument.

In the AIR drums window, just drag your .WAV file from your sample folder to a pad and you'll be able to play it right away. Add more samples, make your edits and other changes.

Once you are satisfied, click on the save icon in the top right corner next to the preset drop-down menu to save your new preset. I would save this to the default location that pops up. Now once it's saved, you'll be able to access it as a preset directly from Arsenal! Repeat the steps to create more of your own presets.

Remember, the preset will only be accessing your sample files from their original location. If the samples are moved, or the preset file is moved on it's own, this will disconnect the samples from the preset and they will need to be reconnected.

I hope this helps! Let me know if you have more questions!
