Good day!
All I wanted to write reviews of your program, but there was no free time. Now I want to tell you about the most fundamental problems in your program!
PokerStars:
1) conflicts with other programs!
2) when you do break, and then stops working!
3) MTT tournaments when you're being moved to another table, stops working!
4) very much boots the system!
party poker
1) does not work MTT tournaments!
2) does not properly see the players! (sits at table 10 player, he writes 8)
3) but almost never works Paty Poker!

In conclusion, I want to say that your program is not the correct account! It tells how to play! not win! I tested it a month and lost all I had! I made a video as your program and prompted Calculatem Pro, wanted to put on YouTube, but I think that you are correct the error and will not spoil your reputation! If you do not know how to create a normal calculator, you simply look at the behavior of the calculation of Calculatem Pro!
Conclusion: why are you selling a broken program?
I'll be very grateful if you prokomentiruete my findings!

Hi alexsandr,

MagicHoldem, as a real time calculator, calculates odds against random opponent hands. We continue to update and display your win odds (actually equity: wins + ties) even after you fold, and this number changes (goes up) as other opponents fold.

I can't say when exactly you took your screenshot, but it's obvious that you had folded at that time.

72% is consisent with the equity of this hand against one random opponent, so I'm guessing you had folded, then one of the other two opponents you mention folded and there was one last opponent left when you took this screenshot.

I cannot say for sure how Calculatem Pro calculates odds, but 11% equity for this hand is consistent with 6 opponents. Perhaps this is the number of opponents that started the hand.

Thanks
Udi

Hi Alexsandr,

So you were last to act after three opponents went all in on the river, and you folded. It's obvious that you took the screenshot after you folded. If you took it after two out of the three opponents showed their cards, then it makes sense that the calculator would have shown 72% at that point.

If this is not the case, and you think there may be a problem with MagicHoldem, then perhaps you could run diagnostics on MagicHoldem and send us the results to support@magicholdem.com for review. Right click the MagicHoldem icon in the system tray and select Help -> Run Diagnostics, then email us the file.

Thanks
Udi

Hi alexsandr, I'm just wondering, were you able to find any work around about those conflicts yet?
