Does MagicPrefs remove ~/Library/Preferences/.GlobalPreferences.plist

Does MagicPrefs save a script or action somewhere else other than those listed in the "How do I uninstall MagicPrefs FAQ item?" The reason is because I've noticed that ever since I've installed it, switching to a guest user and back causes the tracking speed and several other settings revert (this does not occur for the guest user though). This also happens when logging in (although not if you don't switch users or if you resume from sleep). This continues to happen after I've followed all instructions to remove MagicPrefs.

Another thing I've noticed is that the ~/Library/Preferences/.GlobalPreferences.plist file gets removed each time I login or switch users (only for the user for which I installed MagicPrefs for).

Is there such a script or action hidden away somewhere?

MagicPrefs does not modify files it does not own or global settings except for the tracking speed which is a volatile setting change in memory, no external preferences or settings files are changed.
Additionally it has no external scripts or anything of that sort, if your deleted MagicPrefs.app that is it.

Make sure you did delete MagicPrefs.app and not MagicPrefs.prefpane, that did happen for some.

If something deletes your ~/Library/Preferences/.GlobalPreferences.plist that is quite a serious issue, there are lots of settings there that would be lost, you can monitor file accesses with "sudo fs_usage | grep GlobalPreferences"
