Problems with Wordpress plugin for magic Touch

  • Problem
  • Updated 4 years ago
I'm testing the Magic Touch plugin for wordpress and I'm getting some unusual behaviours. Within IE 8 during the image load the small image compresses to a narrow strip while the zoom image is loading. Also, within our Firewall for Firefox 3 the load sticks on loader, although it works on IE. Do you have any thoughts on what might be going on, we could potentially make a lot of use of your service, but I need to be sure that both the plugin and site embed versions would work smoothly for us. test site at http://scchost.org.uk/wordpress/

The problem in IE8 is caused by the following CSS style:

/* Images */
.entry-content img,
.comment-content img,
.widget img {
max-width: 97.5%; /* Fluid images for posts, comments, and widgets */
}

'max-width' is very buggy in IE, we suggest you just remove it (or comment out)

We are checking other reported problem now.

What kind of Firewall you are using? What is exact version of your Firefox 3?

Your firewall is probably blocking Flash Object (SWF), please check the list of blocked items (if your Firewall allows this).
