Blank Page - Preventing any restock orders and more

Every time I've tried to restock items from the catalog for the past few days, the quantity selection screen shows up for a moment then goes to a blank white page. I've tried clearing my browser cache, but it didn't make a difference. The "blank page phenomenon" has been occurring with other game features for a couple months now, but was mostly just an annoyance as it didn't interfere with any fundamental gameplay aspects.
Note: I've been experiencing blank pages while playing Fashion Designer as well. I have NOT seen it with any of the other (numerous) facebook games I play.

Browser: Safari 5.0.5
System: MacOS 10.6.8
Hardware: MacBookPro4,1 (4GB RAM)
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce 8600M GT
Flash version: 11.2 r202

I have been experiencing the same thing. In fact I came to the support page to figure out how to stop this issue. Has anyone messaged you a solution?

@Precious and Marisol, please go to www.facebook.com/diagnostics and copy the information you receive, and paste into your reply. You will also need to check which version of Flash you have. If you don’t know which version your browser currently has, you can check here: http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/a... and paste these results into your reply as well.

If anyone can post a screenshot (http://take-a-screenshot.org/) of what you're seeing, this will also help the devs in diagnosing the problem.

Tested using Firefox v11.0 for Mac OSX and did NOT encounter the issue.
