Hi Maisa, Please go to http://www.facebook.com/diagnostics/ and copy the information on the page. Then paste into a reply email and send back to me along with the type of computer: desktop, laptop or netbook, and operating system: Windows/Mac.

You will also need to check which version of Flash you have. If you don’t know which version your browser currently has, you can check here: http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/a... and paste these results into your reply as well.

This will help me diagnose your problem!

Hi Daphne, It looks like your internet connection is a little slow. To help, try to not stream music and make sure that you do not have any other windows or programs open or downloading as all of this can slow down the connection. If you're on wireless, try hooking up directly, as the connection could be cutting in and out.

It also looks like your Client Domain test failed. Unfortunately this is a Facebook problem, and there is nothing we can do on our end to fix the issue. You will need to file a ticket to Facebook regarding the problem you are having here: http://www.facebook.com/help/somethin...

Hi Swari, It looks like your browser is out of date, so I would strongly recommend to update your browser to Firefox 12 (www.mozilla.com). I would also recommend to make sure you have your Flash player up to date, which is currently Flash 11.2. You can update your Flash player here: get.adobe.com/flashplayer. Keeping your browser and flash player up to date will ensure better gameplay!

Not able to load,mine too vanishes while loading,need the problem solved,huge fan of MW and play daily so this is frustrating :(
