Available Options to Create Customer Service Case From Email

We currently use on premise Maximizer Enterprise 2018 with the Outlook addon which provides the ability save an email into a Maximizer address book entry.

As we are currently investigating a move away from Office365 what is perhaps the last remaining objection to overcome is that we need an ability convert emails to cases, and outside of this Outlook addon I cannot find a solution. Obviously we could retain a license for Outlook and continue to filter emails through the application, however I'd much rather a solution that provided direct integration.

My question then is this:
Aside from the Outlook addon to create customer service cases in Maximizer are there *any* other available options to create customer service cases from email?

There is as such no other option to create customer service cases from email other than outlook. This will be a feature request http://suggestions.maximizer.com/

Hey Paul - If you have an on-premise deployment we have an options where you could forward the email to a specific address and the case could automatically be populated in Maximizer depending on content or what you may forward in the email.
