Campaign sending status

My campaigns aren't sending.  I notice in the Campaign Information (Campaign Plan/Activities in this Campaign), under status, when I initially launch the Campaign this reads "new" and then after exiting and going back this section reads "suspended be service".  I have not suspended the campaign in status.  It is in progress.  Any ideas on how to correct and/or if this is the reason my campaign will not send.? Thanks.

This sounds like it could be a couple of things causing this.  Let's see if we can narrow it down.

1. Have campaigns gone out previously that your User ID created?  If not, you may need to have certain security access rights added to your profile in the Administrator.

2. Is your email server configured for SMTP mail, or are you using the default Max Mail?
