the accented characters in the notification templates do not display correctly in the received emails

in the Template:
àéèù
Case number: {Case_Number?}

in the email:

àéà ̈Ã1

Case number: HQ-00010

it's still the case in R3

Are you editing the template in Web Access Template library?
What do you have for 'Character set used by email service' in Automated services tab of Preferences in FAT ADMIN?
Do other email sent by email service containing accented characters look OK when received?

Hi,
The template is editing in Web Access Template Library.
The 'Character set used by email service' in Automated services tab of Preferences in FAT ADMIN is iso-8859-1.
The other email sent by email service containing accented characters are OK when received.
In the notification email, if the resolution note contains accented characters, it is OK at the reception.
It is only the body of the model that presentsthat poses a problem.
