Maximizer CRM 2019 R3 (On premise) will be released on May 8th,2019.

Installation

There is no patch for 2019 R3 release. You need to un-install 2019 and then install 2019 R3. You don’t need a new PSN/PLN. Your PSN/PLN for2019 will work with 2019 R3.

Outlook and Word Add-in

If you upgrade from Maximizer CRM 2018 or 2019, your existing Outlook and Word add-ins will continue working with 2019 R3. To use the new features in Outlook add-in such as saving an email to a lead or creating a lead based on an email, you need to install the latest Word add-in from the App Directory. 

Please note that Office 2007 is no longer supported. If you are using Office 2007, DO NOT download and install the latest version of Outlook and Word add-ins.  

MailChimp and Excel Quote

If you have installed MailChimp and Excel Quote add-ins, you need to re-install the server components for these add-ins after upgrade to 2019 R3 release.

Known issue in Notification Manager

In Notification Manager, you create a notification with multiple fields. If the fields are drop-down lists or multiple selection fields, the notification won’t be triggered unless all the fields have been changed and the values match the criteria. The right behavior should be that notification will be triggered if one of the fields has been changed and all the field values match the criteria.
