notification not appearing

I am trying to get a simple notification working based on any opportunity entry that belongs to specified Leader value to pop-up when that entry is set to Won.
After numerous attempts it does not seem to ever work. Other tests I have run such as 'a new opportunity' created notification will display so we know the notification manager system is working ok.
Am i missing something in the setup here? I have items such as 'even if i make the change' enabled.

Hey David

I also find that the notifications are sometimes hit and miss. Haven't really tried to dig into it too much yet! But kind of annoying.

This is an issue in Notification Manager. You create a notification with multiple fields. If the fields are drop-down or multiple selection fields, the notification won’t be triggered unless all the fields have been changed and the values match the criteria. The right behavior should be that notification will be triggered if one of the fields has been changed and all the field values match the criteria. We will fix this issue in next release.
