Outlook integration Tracking list doesnt populate

HI There

I have a client running on premise Maximizer 2019 with the Outlook Integration.
When the client tries to populate the Tracking list by clicking the option - Save and Track email from sender. The Tracking list doesnt populate.

i have attached his version of office for reference. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the integration but still the issue persists.

Please check if AMGR_Hashes table has Email_Address column.

Hi Sinisa

Yes the above table has an email address column however there is a NULL value in the column as per the screenshot

Do i need to clear the table or recreate the table?

Do not clear the table. It stores hashes for saved emails, so duplicate emails are not saved again.
Missing of the column is one of the reasons the issue might happen.
You should contact tech support for further troubleshooting.
