Is there a way to prevent users from running certain reports like the column report, which effectively is no different to an export to Excel and a possible data breach? We have had FOUR of our largest customers report this as an issue since posting this message. It is a BREACH of data security as a Column Report is exactly the same as an Export to Excel. At present we have had to create TWO versions of the Employee site, one with the menu, the other without. Can the Printer options in the user security settings not prevent this?
