Session expires immediately after logging in - Max 2019

Using on-prem with web access, session expires immediately after logging in.

Hi Chris,

Web Access sessions will sometimes prematurely expire (normal is 20 minutes with no activity) if any of the following events occur.

  • Separate session with same User ID is entered, exited (logged in, logged out).
  • The browser attempts to look for a newer version of that page, and find the last session expired cached.
As a first step, you may need to clear the browser cache.  Please refer to clearing cached browser files for your particular browser.
