I've installed the latest version of the mxp, which has installed fine with the components ect all in place, and the workshop doing what it should.
The problem I am having is with the component inspector. When trying to create a video banner, the inspector shows up blank when attempting to configure the player settings. I've gone through all the components and found the inspector
does not show for any.
I have reinstalled both the mxp and flash and still have no success.

Another scenario where you might see a blank component inspector is the following:
In CS5 and up you will find it in the component parameters section of the Properties panel. (It’s an Adobe issue).
So, instead of looking for it here:
You can find it here:
How are you doing? I hope all is well.
May we suggest that you re-install the Workshop ZXP? Please refer to the following links for more information about the Workshop.
You can open a bundle created in CS6 or lower. However, if yo uhave the following components you must remove it from the library, and then drag them back again to the stage. VideoScreen, VideoScreenPlayer, and Single Expandable.
VideoLoader should be removed, and VideoScreen added in its place.
Please let us know if this addresses your concern or if you have further questions.
