Standard Ad code not allowing upload into assets

I'm creating a 50k ad in AS3. When I publish the ad using "ebFlashActionsStdAS3" as the include, and EBStd.Clickthrough(), I get no errors. But when I try to upload it to creative assets in my browser, it won't accept the .swf, saying that it needs to use the "rich media" classes.

So I go back and change the include to "ebFlashActionsAS3" and the clickthrough to EB.Clickthrough(), and then it uploads fine.

But since it's just a 50k standard ad, I don't see why the standard classes don't work? I'd prefer to use them because as noted they take up less file size.
