Hi Crystal,

To answer your question, we do have many different types of widgets that you can add to your website. Simply login to your business listing and go to this link: http://www.merchantcircle.com/merchan...

Also, here is a short video about our widgets: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c9vve2...

I share the same inquiry as Crystal, which is, in other words, a link that will direct people from my web site to my MC, such as a URL link, however I don't think that the "widgets" information source quite answers the question, since a "widget" is a just a link, but only to a MC specific function such as setting "appointment setting" etc.

Hi Ariel,

To answer your question, you can add a button from the widget page of your dashboard. I get what you are saying about the widgets linking to specific features, but we do have one that is just a general link to your MC listing that might be of use. It is called the "Add Your MerchantCircle Information To Your Website" and is about mid-way through the list of options on your dashboard.

We are very excited to see that you want to promote your business externally using MerchantCircle and I hope that this answers your question. You should be able to copy and paste the HTML code from your dashboard onto your website in order to have traffic directed to your MC listing.

Thanks for reaching out to us and have a fantastic day!

Are there any widgets that do NOT use javascript? I am making a site through WordPress.com and they do not allow javascript it appears...I'd LOVE to have my reviews on my site.

Hi Victoria,

I have checked with our engineering team an it seems that all of the HTML buttons we feature for placement on external websites require JavaScript to run properly.

You may simply link your MC listing to the external website which will allow visitors to head to your MC listing, boost your traffic, and see what content you have available on our site.

I apologize for both the delay in responding to this question and the inconvenience of not having a cut-and-dry solution to your problem. We look forward to your continued involvement in our merchant community and have a very Happy Thanksgiving!
