You can edit/delete/upload any products on your MerchantCircle page free of charge.

Hi. I can not find any response to my questions/problem regarding the BLOG COMMENT features. Nothing has been done about any of these issues since 5 months ago.

1> The BLOG COMMENTS space for commenting is 1/2 to 1 inch inch wide, and it is ridiculous to write comments in a thin vertical column! You can't read what you're writing! I need to be able to edit what I have written sometimes.

2> The "captcha" word expires in 2 seconds EVERY TIME!! So if my commenter doesn't go back to see that their comment (question) has not been posted, it will never work. They have to scroll down & type in the new captcha word. My blog is like a Dear Abby Column for very important ear piercing questions. I have over 400 comments, including my answers!! I have had to write instructions at the top of my Blog, to the people who want to comment & ask me a question!

3> I need to delete one or 2 comments. One is a duplicate, and 2 are from a "stalker". She is a teenaged weirdo without any experience in my field of expertise, who has singled me out and likes to argue with me. I have been very nice to her in my responses, & proven her wrong. But she is trying to impress somebody somewhere in her world.

4> Why is there no longer a link-back to our website where our name is written as the commenter?

This is extremely frustrating & sad that my Blog has been a huge part of my profession and worked well on MerchantCircle until the takeover. Please help!!!!

It's strange that I'm still getting automated messages sent out regularly from merchantcircle.ca. Does this mean there are plans to open them again?

I cannot log into my merchant account. I keep getting dashboard updates but cant get back into my paid account area to adjust my listing . Also the contact MC does not work and hasn't worked on the site for months .

I am not a subscriber to your service. You have a company, which is not my business with my personal cell phone number. I have no connection at all with this business. The business name is U SAVE REDIMIX with my cell phone number I have had for many years 510-333-5103. Please remove my cell phone number. I am receiving this company's business calls.

I own 3 businesses. All are listed. One is way wrong...Noble Zone. I claimed Hwy 27 Unique Gifts & Thrift. It won't let me claim Noble Zone to fix it. The phone is wrong. The type of business is wrong. And probably other stuff. It looks like info from 2005. How do I claim all three businesses?

You can do so by clicking the claim button, and then for each one make sure you use a completely different email that has never been used on MC before.

It takes three separate accounts to claim 3 different businesses. Clicking "claim" will prompt the sign up flow.

To whom it may concern,
I am currently an employee at O'scugnizzo's Pizzeria in Rome, NY. Several of my co-workers have made some complaints to you about a fraudulent page. The problem has not been resolved. We have several locations, with this being our newest and at this point in time customer satisfaction is one of our main concerns. Due to your website we have had multiple issues. As we've told you before a page has been made under our name with our address and the number to one of our other locations. Due to this multiple orders have been called in to the wrong location wasting time and products. We had recieved a reply from you stating that we had to claim the page, with instructions on how to do so. However, it is not possibly to since someone has already claimed the page and everytime we make a review stating that the information is incorrect it gets deleted. I am very dissappointed with your lack of concern for this situation and it would be greatly appreciated if you could fix the situation yourselves. Until then we will continue to tell people to stray from using your website due to false advertisement.

There are 25 listings for my business with various phone numbers, variations of company names, and even cities (although all the cities are within my area). Please help. Can you all delete all but one and then I can claim and edit the 1 you leave????

When I look at my initial page listing, my phone number is correct, but if I click on the listing, my number quickly changes to someone elses! How can this happen???
I set up my account months ago, but now someone else is getting phone calls for my business!!! How do I correct this when my account information/dashboard is all listed correctly?

There is a person who is Spamming Merchant Circle, Insiderpages, and Citygrid As well as YP.com and yahoo.local with hundres of fictitious business names and fake addresses. And then giving themselves literally hundreds of positive reviews in a very short time to get top placement. Their listings dominate the first three pages on some sites. To make matters worse, they are SPAMMING other legitimate businesses with negative SPAM reviews, including mine, with as many as 5 negative reviews per day. What can be done about it? I have emailed and sent reports but nothing seems to get done about it!
Any help would be appreciated.

This person spamming MC listings. They are using fake names and yahoo IDs. They are also Spamming MerchantCircle with fictitious business listings ( lots of them)

we have emailed customer support with no response. we have 2 listings (rays homeworks and rays treeworks), about a month ago we stopped our listing rays homeworks. however, rays treeworks actually got deactivated in error and we have found no way to reactivate it. also, we are still being billed and are currently showing no active businesses. please reply ASAP

Hi,

Tom Newman from MerchantCircle.com told me my listing was already claimed by this email address: "arnold-rudman-91360@patientfyidoctors...."

I don't recognize that email address. It's not ours and I'm not sure where that came from. I want to control my listing there. Can you please change the email address? Is there any way to claim it?

I contacte you a year ago about Sand Rail city in Central Point. The phone number listed on their site is mine and they do not exist. YOU need to delete it. You said in August 2011 you would take care of it and it is still there.

I have recently tried to claim multiple listings for different businesses and it prompts me to submit a bulk upload via e-mail. Each of these businesses have their own e-mail address and even after I make sure I log out of the site, clean up the cookies and history and try again it still prompts me to send an e-mail with the bulk upload. I've sent an e-mail to no avail. Is there another way around this?
