New, published Coupon missing from "Manage Coupons" page

We created and published a new coupon a few minutes ago. Because we do this every month, we are familiar with the process. We checked our activity feed and the coupon showed up. We then went back to the "Manage Coupons" page and deleted the old coupon. Once we did that, we noticed, that the new coupon wasn't listed in the "Manage Coupons" page. We refreshed the page, even signed out and back in - no difference, it's still missing. What happened?!
