Our OLD business address keeps showing up in MerchantCircle but when we log in to our business account the NEW address is there.
PLEASE help, we've spent hours trying to figure out where the old address is coming from. We moved OVER one year ago and new clients are going to the old address!

Broadly speaking, there are two reasons why you could be experiencing this issue:
If your listing was generated from a partner of ours before you were able to claim the listing, there may be a block on the information you can edit. In this situation, we will need to manually remove this block in order to allow you to properly update the information you are displaying.
There could be a duplicate listing with the incorrect/outdated information that is getting confused with the listing you have maintained. In such a case, we can remove the duplicate listing, leaving only your active listing available for display in SERP pages.
