If you have been approached by someone wanting to buy your timeshare, complete with signed contracts and eager buyers................be warned.....if it's seems to good, it probably is.
This story is a sad one, but one that also checks us back into reality. This business has not only grabbed the hard earned earnings of families, but has also brought businesses, such as this site, unknowingly into their grips as well as other businesses whom are being used as an address or location without them being aware of it.
This scam spans multiple states and is costing innocent people thousands. I am sure I won't receive my $198.12 back, but what about the couple that gave $3925.00 deposit for the property they did not receive? If anything comes from this, I hope it makes people more aware of the sharks who lurk and wait for the easy handout. We did our research (BBB, reviews, contracts, consumer report) goes to show you, caution in what you read.
Any feedback or others who have fallen into this, let us know

Hi Pamela,
I think I ran into the same company, Instant time share, they wanted me to western union them $198.00 plus $12.00 to sell my timeshare. I ASKED FOR THEM TO SEND ME A COPY OF THIER BUSINESS LIC. Woops They would not .
I found out they do not have a license to sell real estate. In Alabama or Florida the two places he told me that they conducted business. He told me they didn't need one. The real estate commission said they did.
He, Donald Olsen e-mailed me a copy of a contract saying they had sold my timeshare for 4 times what I paid for it.
All the government agency's I called no one had a single good thing to say about this company.
INSTANT TIME SHARE BEWARE OF A CON GAME TO RIP YOU OFF.

I find it amusing that the you are giving a gold star to a company that has been outed as an outright fraud:

http://www.merchantcircle.com/busines...

Maybe you should look them up on the BBB or better yet, the NH Attorney General's Office of Consumer Affairs! 8-Open Fraud Complaints in the past 4 months? HA! Tells me that Merchant Circle is not looking for (or endorsing) reputable companies!

Dear Ndada,

Thank you for providing insight about this business. We allow every business in the United States to list a business and have no real way to do background checks on each business or know when they might change the status of their operations. You can leave a review for them if you feel that their business practices aren't up to par or write them to file your opinion with them.

Hi Merchant Circle,

I'm having a similar issue with one of your listings: www.digitechard.com It seems as though you are the only site endorsing this illegal scam. I'm trying to understand why?

I've posted multiple complaints against site digitechard.com on their review page after being scammed by their fraudulent business. (I lost almost $600 and have filed complaints with every legal entity that I can). I've also reported their listing for abuse because they use a false address and phone number and are a known fruadulent site. My posts have been deleted, my follow up inquiries to your site have not been returned. It's because of the false positive reviews that your site posted that I felt comfortable ordering from the fraudulent site digitechard.com in the first place.

Why are you supporting an illegal operation? Is my stolen money going to fund their advertisement with you? If businesses pay to be on your site are they allowed to publish any false company information and delete truthful feedback?

I would love some answers!

Thanks!

Need a Realtor for student off campus housing at Radford University? Do NOT use Karen, or anyone, at J & K Property Management. They are thieves. They are liars. They will take advantage of you and leave you to live in a property that should be condemned. Trust me.

Dear Paula,

Thank you for notifying us and the rest of the MerchantCircle Community.

We have millions of listings, and there is no realistic way that we could do a background check on each business. The best option would be for you to leave a review on their listing page to alert the rest of the MerchantCircle Community.
