ON MAY 22 OF 2010 SOMEONE WROTE THE MOST BAZARRE THING ABOUT ME IN THIS WEBSITE!

I HAVE NUMEROUS TIMES ASKED "MerchantCircle.com" TO REMOVE THE COMMENTS FROM THE WEBSITE. 2 YEARS (ALMOST 3) LATER NO RESULTS

My next move is to talk to a lawyer.

1. The link (URL) to the listing on which the content is found
2. The TITLE and DATE for the review
3. Explanation for why you believe the review is an acceptable candidate for removal.

With this information, we will be able to locate and remove the content if it violates our terms of service.

i have the same issue! I emailed the address issued above everyday for a week and still no response. I am growing tired and annoyed. please help me!

i appreciate your quick response, but no one from your support team has gotten back to me. the comments on my page are not only about my work but about my character (which are so far fetched) can you please ask your support team to respond to me or take down the inapporiate comments. thanks

Our normal business hours are 9AM - 5PM PST Monday-Friday. If your email was delivered at the end of the week, it is likely that your issue will be addressed as soon as possible once our team catches up this morning.

I understand that you are upset given the nature of the content you have referenced. However, we cannot find any email matching your name in our records. There is a chance that the communication was lost or never properly sent, but regardless, I have gone ahead and removed the content.

rory, i would like to thank you soooo much. i appreciate it greatly. there are comments by sally and jen that are also false, if you could remove those as well. i am an honest man and do that work i promise. i will absolutely continue use merchant circle. thank again!
