Trying to Contact MerchantCircle Support?

We thought it would be a good idea to state very clearly that the MerchantCircle Support Team email address is:

toplevelsupport@merchantcircle.com

This is the email address you should use for ALL support-related issues including billing questions, listing removal, login trouble, and any other account questions.

Please note that there is no live phone support for MerchantCircle, and all communication is handled via email. We apologize for this inconvenience.

The Support Team operates Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM Pacific, and all cases are handled within 1-2 business days.

We do not respond to cases over the weekend and on holidays.
