We thought it would be a good idea to state very clearly that the MerchantCircle Support Team email address is:

toplevelsupport@merchantcircle.com

This is the email address you should use for ALL support-related issues including billing questions, listing removal, login trouble, and any other account questions.

Please note that there is no live phone support for MerchantCircle, and all communication is handled via email. We apologize for this inconvenience.

The Support Team operates Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM Pacific, and all cases are handled within 1-2 business days.

We do not respond to cases over the weekend and on holidays.

We hope that this helps to clarify how our team can be contacted and we look forward to helping make your MerchantCircle experience as successful as possible!.

Hello Merchant Circle,

As advised, I am emailing you about a bug I'm experiencing when trying to edit the Business Info, Description and Keywords. Basically anything with this as the hyperlink

When I click to edit those things, it kicks me back to the login page. I have tried using Internet Explorer 9, Firefox 17 and Google Chrome 23, all with the same results. I have cleared my cookies and cache.

Please look into the account and see if you are able to replicate the problem.

This support information is not seen or available via the Support link at the bottom of the merchantcircle.com pages. And even when you reach the "Help Center" you do not post this important contact email address.

...is important than why is it only showing up in this post? Make it visible at least on the Help Center main page

Duly noted, Mike! When on an MC page, you have the option to click "Help" which takes you directly to our Help Center, where the option to "Email Us" is at the top of the right hand side of the page under "More Options"

I've been trying for weeks and It won't let me make an account, I only get taken to the "Multiple MerchantCircle Listings" page: http://www.merchantcircle.com/corpora...
I need to create accounts for my company, we have 5 locations and I've created new email addresses for each location but still, creating a new listing and account are not possible. Can you please help?

Hi, I have been trying for 3 months to get my listings posted and need immediate assistance please.

1. When I try creating an account on merchantcircle.com it takes me to the Multiple Listings page and doesn't register me.

2. toplevelsupport@merchantcircle.com isn't following up with assistance. After one or two emails they always stop answering.

3. Please help by creating my first listing and/or opening an account on my behalf and sending me the login information so that I may edit it.

i work at a financial institution and i'm attempting to retrieve a refund for a mutual client as he cancelled services with you and never received his funds. He did however, receive an email stating that he would see a refund in his account within 2 business days. NEVER CAME. i just sent a request to the email address listed above. Please make sure this is handled.

I have asked numerous times for personal information that I NEVER SUBMITTED about my company, obviously someone else did! And I am a Sole proprietor. It has been displayed for years and is the wrong info for my business. Having no phone number is such unbelievable poor customer service for a company. I will be contacting the BBB and writing on yelp etc . about you. When I am googled the wrong information and phone number comes up! It says I am in Van Nuys which is false there is NO STORE FRONT IN Van Nuys..I went in an put in the right info and the other info is still up , not the actual real info...very upsetting that nothing has been done in years about this!!!!

I want my listing removed from this scam black mail web site but i cant get through to anyone and now that I complained they will give me a bad rating and write some false complaints about me. MC just SUCKS. All they do is BLACKMAIL small businesses. World Wide Websites I intend to change the name of my business just because of this stinking ripoff.

I have tried to remove my listing several times. Near the end of the process, it says I should receive an email, and will have to click on the link in that email to finalize my request. I've been waiting on that email and it still hasn't shown up yet, and the listing I want removed is still visible. And, yes, I have checked my spam folder - it's not there either. I need my listing removed. Not only that, but I'm also trying to completely deactivate my MC account. Surprisingly, there are NO options to do so on this website! Please remove and deactivate all listings and accounts with the email yongalu@yahoo.com. Thank you!

MC Support toplevelsupport@merchantcircle.com not responding to Unauthorized Credit Card Charges.  3/14/15 three charges were made to my card.  Notified MC support at Top Level and received a response 3/24/15 acknowledging that there had been other reports of a similar nature but no further communication and no re-credit of funds to my card.  Requesting that my card information be removed entirely.  Also requesting that "services" being charged for be canceled back to inception and refund applied.  Last year, 3/13/14 MC canceled my payments because I complained that the premium listing I was paying for was still showing advertisements of other merchants, including competitors.  I was supposed to receive a refund.  Not sure I did.  Now for some reason, on the one year anniversary, with no bill or warning, someone at MC decided to charge me for another year of "service."  I like MC but now don't feel my card information is safe and don't like that there's no response.  Am now disputing the charges through the card company.

Can't contact Mercants Circle here in Alabama. Closed 12 offices in the south. 71 complaints with business in this area to BBB. I cancelled by contract after fees became to high for my company and was charge 'OUT-RAGIOUS''  cancellation fees. in 2012. Now I want my business information OFF their website and there are no contact #'s. They cancelled my E Mail acct. can't get in the site. Even GODADDY domain tried calling their contact #... disconnected. GOOD LUCK
