Awesome Idea: for open/save dialog boxes (win8?)

I think that when you have an open/save dialog box pop up, or something similar, you should be able to have a quick access to folders that are already open in explorer. E.g. if you have open D:\buried\way\too\deep\in\hell, then you save a picture from Internet Explorer, you should be able to get to D:\buried\way\too\deep\in\hell within 2 or so clicks.
I have seen this implemented in TeraCopy, which is a file copying program, as you can see in the attached image, it lists the open folders in a drop down menu.
This would save me a hell of a lot of time!!!!!!!!!

and another similar thing, if you open/save a file and you have navigated to a directory, you should be able to click something in the open/save box to open that directory in explorer if it is not already open.

try Filesystem Dialogs
http://www.3delite.hu/Object%20Pascal....

its not free but close to what you need. Also open.dave box is always the same size. Dont ever rely on windows to fix anything. They just make bloated slowware

Hello mr.
your opinion is good. Try suggesting new feature for Windows 8 or later.. But not all features will be implemented. And cannot be implemented because there are various reasons. Try to suggest a good feature.

And the essential feature required is (for Windows 8):
1- A new file system e.g WinFS or a major update to NTFS v5 or v6 whatever is the last known version.

2- Using windows update to update the windows help files for the latest tips and troubleshooting methods available from microsoft.

3- Add Windows Virtual PC by default.

4- adding Windows Live mail by default as in Vista, because everyone is habituated with a mail client since outlook express 6.0. And there are many company providing POP3 support to email ids. Hence windows mail is very essential for a desktop user. And very much essential when the user is not using Office Outlook.

5- adding the fix it client to the OS.

6- Program explorer or software center in ubuntu.

Ok bye for now.
