Bing Cashback failing to honor advertised offers and not answering inquiries

Hello, since Microsoft has an active presence here I wanted to point out an issue I am having along with several others in working with Bing Cashback to receive the cash back offer that was advertised to us. This is detailed here, with my post as the first entry:

Our issue seems to be similar to and we are receiving a similar level of non-support from Bing Cashback as the poster of the issue reported here:

I would appreciate anything you can do to bring this to the attention of someone interested in providing customer service and ensuring advertised offers are processed as advertised.

This was resolved through AT&T legal by following the Notice of Dispute procedure described near the bottom of the following URL:

This completely resolves this specific issue for me, but it was in no part due to any assistance from Bing Cashback. Thinking about it, the reason for this is clear: when a company like AT&T partners with Bing to offer cashback rewards, this is a mutually beneficial business relationship designed to increase revenue for both companies. Bing's actions have shown us that maintaining these business relationships is much more important to them than helping customers who fall victim to a misleading promotion. Use Bing Cashback at your own risk.
