Tab browsing is very useful, I have been giving IE7 ago gain but when I have a realy useful set of tabs open, it crashes and does not reload them, on restart. It would be great if it did so.

Firefox, on the other hand, does allow you to restore your session should it or your computer crash.

I have experienced the same problem a number of times. My solution has been to actually use an add-on I found: http://www.ie7pro.com/, which enables automatic recovery of your open tabs after a crash.

I would recommend "Reset Internet Explorer settings" on the Advanced tab of Internet Options before a reinstall in case it is something like an add-on causing problems.

Simple solution, stop using IE7. It has half the features of Firefox, and twice the bugs. Do yourself a favor and upgrade to firefox.

I have to use IE7 on my work computer. Firefox is not an option. Any other suggestions on how to fix this as a uninstall / reinstall did not improve the crashing
