My experience with Microsoft Suport (360) makes me want to throw my 360 out of a window.

How can I stomach being treated like an idiot? Like a worthless customer? I've had nothing, NOTHING but problems trying to get my Xbox 360 issues resolved. It started, back almost a year ago, with some minor problems, I had to get a new cable, fine. It took until March for me to get the cable that I requested in earl January.

Then my 360 RROD'd and I thought it was great, I called and spoke to someone fantastic. Guess what? That was the last of the good support. I spent hours on end trying to get an update to what was happening with my console. Then finally after all was said and done, 3 weeks later, I get my 360 back - my thanks? A 1 month gold extension card and, this is the kicker, my old extended warranty I purchased getting throw out in the garbage!

It doesn't exist, at all! It's gone. Missing. I've called at least 5 times, and spoken to no less than 15 people, all who promise everything, that my call will be escalated, nothing. It's been since early November that I've been trying to get this resolved and here I sit, NOT HAVING THIS RESOLVED.

I have a great deal of information documented, I have enough reference numbers to kill a chicken, and I'm ready to take my 360 back to Redmond, Washington and stomp on out outside of the Microsoft HQ.

I've never been treated so poorly, and with such utter disrespect! I've had people laugh at me on the phone, obviously make fun of me and my frustration. These are supervisors, they tell me that I just have to wait. That someone will get to me. That even though "Fernando" promised I'd get a call back within 24 hours, that I'll just have to wait, and they don't know when, and that they are part of the "escalation team".

No one can help, no one can do anything and I'm fed up!

I would love to get this resolved, to finally get this taken care of once and for all. I cannot imagine that's too much to ask.
