I have a new laptop for my lab, but the product key for microsoft office is not being accepted. We have a site license for 501c3. Every time I start up the word 2007, it asks for a product key, but says mine is not valid.

If you have a site license for a Microsoft product, please contact your IT manager internally, who may be able to resolve the issue. If need be, you can conact your Microsoft support representative or review the information on the Volume Licensing site

I have done that. I got a printout of the licensing keys from IT and I e-mailed microsoft and got a key from them. None of the product keys have worked. I uninstalled Word 2007 and reinstalled it... nothing has worked yet. IT is not available today and I need to get ready for a class tomorrow.

Sorry to hear that. In the interim you can obtain a trial version of Office 2007 apps from http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/wor....

I bought a number of product keys for my computer lab. those keys can activate office professional 2007. I still have one key left. Only one left. If you want it, email me at skyway1222@hotmail.com.
