I have my contacts listed in a group and named it. I want send an email to the group, but I don't want the group to see the email addresses of others in the group when they get their message. Will Outlook hide the individual email addresses?

You'll want to use the BCC field:

http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/out...

I typically put myself in the To line and put the group of people I don't want to be seen in the BCC. Some spam filters will block emails if there's no address in the To line so that seems to help get around that minor problem.

Do I put the "name" of the group in the BCC field or do I have to type each individual email address?
