Arnie,

What product specifically are you having trouble with? When you say videos, do you mean Silverlight, Windows Media Player or something else?

Cheers,
Daniel

I'm trying to watch a DVD using WMP, like I've done dozens of times before. I have Vista, and the purchased the patch that lets me watch DVDs. It worked a week ago. I'm guessing the patch THAT I HAD TO BUY has failed? Now I have no way to watch a DVD on the PC.
