Zune lack of customer good will

I was just on the phone with a Zune customer service person and was wondering if stealling a little girls christmas present is what they are all about. My daughter got a zune pass only to have her zune lock up. Zune did repair her zune under warranty, unfortunately not until the 30 days of her zune pass had expired. Now the only solution for me is to purchase another one. She got to use her pass for less then a week. It would seem the fair thing would be to give her the 3 weeks microsoft denied her.

I agree you should probably get the three weeks of your Zune Pass trial back, but to call this "stealing a little girl's Christmas present" is pretty ridiculous.

Mike P , I agree that I might have been overboard with that comment, but after getting nowhere with customer service and not being allow to speak to a supervisor I was pretty upset. M3 Sweatt did his best to help and I very much appreciate that there are some decent people out there. If the people at the customer service phone had been like him, i would be praising Microsoft.
