I’m frustrated

Fusion 7.4.4 is unusable on my Macbook pro (Lion) and I don't see any response from Mixmeister reps in over a month on the status.

Fusion 7.4.4 is unusable on my Macbook pro (Lion) and I don't see any response from Mixmeister reps in over a month on the status.

If something is broken a needs a good few months (I see 5 months ago was the mixmeister rep response on this) before you can fix it then fine, but at least give us a rough estimate (even in quarters of the year) so people have some expectations. A broken app which costs a lot of money is one thing, not knowing when to expect an update to fix it is even worse! I see a lot of comments on facebook, twitter and here about this issue, but no decent response saying when to expect a fix, just that it's a known issue and someone is working on it. It's just not good customer service!
