Still not working with mavericks and support tickets not being addressed

I have submitted 2 different support tickets regarding the mavericks issues. I will get one response asking to follow the basic troubleshooting flow then once I do and reply that the software is still not working. I will get no response. it has been over a month now with nothing. not even a "hey we are working on the issue" or anything just no response at all to the emails or support tickets that have been opened. anyone find any workarounds to the mavericks issues with Studio 7?
