Unable to upgrade to Studio 7.7

Hi Simon,

I have tried to upgrade my Studio 7.6 to the latest version of 7.7 but the email notification function on your website stated that my email is not in your record. I have sent the proof of my purchase to Numark last week and also through the website's 'Technical Support Request form' but still haven't gotten any feedback. Who can I contact to help me in this matter? Thanks
