Creating transparent personas for Firefox in Mac OS X

Can the firefox personnas be used to create a transparent effect for the browzer in Mac OS X?

It seems that when you create a persona, you can only upload images of certain types.. png and jpg... could a gif with transparent sections be added?

PNG supports transparency.

That doesn't work, cause behind the transparent png, there is the bar color. If the bar color could be transparent, that would work

hmmm...I suspect this is somethign that personas can't do by themselves yet. it would likely take some custom messing with userChrome.css to make something like that happen at the moment.
