Incoming Email is routing/displayed to wrong account in unified folders

Email routing to wrong account. Example if I have 2 accounts set up “joe@uri.com” and “joe.blow@uri.com” all mail sent to joe.blow@uri.com ends up in both the joe@uri.com and joe.blow@uri.com inboxes. Email sent to joe@uri.com only ends you in the joe@uri.com inbox. How can I control this behavior? There are no multiple identities set up for any of my accounts.
