Is The Unified Inbox Discriminatory?

I am using it for Gmail accounts with IMAP. I have several gemail accounts and the ability to view all our e-mail in one central inbox was what motivated us to try TB. However, only the first 2 Gmail accounts, out of 15, we added are showing up in the unified inbox. They are all showing with mail in them when the Unified inbox is expanded. I have checked and they are all also checked of in the search preference.
