Problem opening most attachments. Seems to be related to temp folder.

Trying to any attachment PDF, PPT, etc. gives the following error (this was a PDF):

C:\Users\Jim\AppData\Local\Temp\y8NcuOt_.pdf.part could not be saved, because the source file could not be read.
Try again later, or contact the server administrator.

This didn't happen in TB 11.0

Other users have the same problem after upgrading to 11.0.1. No working solution in the replies.

The attachments are neither corrupted or too large.
