I’m frustrated

Thunderbird won't set up the way I had it before.

I recently bought a new computer, and I have been trying to load Thunderbird so that it behaves in the same way as it did on my old. On my old computer I had all of my email folders set as subfolders to Local folders. It looked like this:

Local Folders
.....myemail@suchand.such
.....altemail@suchandsuch
.....Inbox
.....Junk
.....Trash
.....Outbox

each email had their own sub-sub folder into which mail was sorted by filters I had applied to the Only inbox I had, it is shown above.

Now, each time I add an email account. It is added as a top level folder, instead of being a sub folder and each one has its own inbox. Is there a way to set thunderbird up the way I originally had it?
