Unified Folders Stopped Working

Hi,
I migrated my Thunderbird data from a Win Vista computer to a Win 7 computer.
I used the MozBackup utility. It worked fine. However now that I have migrated
to the new computer the Unified folders don't work any more. When I click on
"Inbox" under "Unified Folders" no mail shows. If I open "Inbox" to show the
sub folders in it and click on one of them, my messages are there.

Please help!

Here's my info for the version of Thunderbird I am using.

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.18) Gecko/20110616 Lightning/1.0b2 Thunderbird/3.1.11 ThunderBrowse/3.3.5
