xxxx.sbd folders and more cluttering My documents

I looked at "My documents" in windows 7 and its full of folders that have an extension .sbd and also .mozmsgs. I assume this is part of Thunderbird?
Can I relocate these to someplace else. They are making it hard for me to find the REAL documents from other applications.
Any help you can provide would be good.
Thanks.
