When I enter the secret code I get the following message...That challenge attempt failed. Please try again. I have tried several times and get the same message. Please help.

Hi Annette, please clear your cache and cookies or try using a different browser. MCR will perform best with Internet Explorer 10, Chrome and Firefox 19 or higher. Our website will not perform if you’re using private browsing mode. If you continue to have problems, please call 866-674-2653 between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. EST M–F. Select your language, press 1 to "find out how MCR works" and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you individually.

They are connected to different browsers. NO IE will work, mostly Chrome, maybe FireFox. They are looking for the "CAPCHA" authentication to prove you are not a robot. This sucks!
