"promotion ended" message. | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

I have 3 caps from 16.9 oz. bottles of diet coke. They are the standard 14 digit codes, but none of them will work. I get a message that says "promotion ended." What promotion? How come some of the caps work and some of them don't??

Hi Debbie, Please call 866-674-2653 anytime 9 a.m.-7p.m. EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to "find out how MCR works" and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you individually.
