I was reviewing my reward history today and discovered I had several "rewards" that were redeemed on 4/11/2013 that I never knew about?? Lots of 20 oz cokes and a; $100 Best Buy card! :( The "redeemed" reward says "In order to redeem your prize, please enter the promotional code sent to you in your win email at EnjoyMoreMaddness.com and follow the onscreen instructions to redeem your prize. This code must be redeemed by May 10th, 2013." I never received an email telling me I had won nor was I mailed anything from Coke. Seriously who wouldn't want to win a $100 Best Buy gift card. The better question is why would someone win this and then not follow through with entering a code for a free 100 card.
I realize at this point I'm crying over spilt milk because it can't be redeemed but it disappoints me that I wasn't made aware of the reward. I've had the same email and mailing address. Also my emails are held where I work for years (even deleted). For kicks and giggles I went and searched the archive and deleted emails and there was nothing stating I had won any prizes.
So now not only do I have to enter codes (which continues to dwindle each year), I apparently have to check my reward history to make sure there aren't any "redeemed" rewards that I have never seen before.
